Dean is often the first person new clients and families connect with at North Star Oregon. As Outreach Coordinator, he helps answer early questions, explain available services, and connect people with the right next step.
Chari Bowlby
Admin Support Coordinator
Chari moved to Oregon from Florida 26 years ago and has built a career spanning mental health, special needs, addiction recovery, nursing and medical care. She has served in both face-to-face and administrative roles, bringing a wealth of experience to hiring, client onboarding, and general inquiries.

Kim Patterson
Day Support Activities Supervisor
Kim has been with North Star for three years and is passionate about client growth. Outside of work, she is a proud parent of three children and enjoys hiking, gardening, and tending to her impressive indoor plant collection.
Kariann Taylor
Admin Support Coordinator
Kariann has nearly six years of experience in the IDD field, with prior experience as a DSP. She worked with IDD students in high school for three years and spent five years supporting the elderly, including those with dementia and Alzheimer's. Kariann is a proud mother of four and has a Snow White-like affection for creatures. You'll often find her barefoot in nature.
