What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your message. The form is provided by HubSpot, which stores those submissions for us so we can respond to you.

Usage and analytics information

Only if you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. None of these tools run unless you allow them, and declining does not change anything about the site or the services available to you.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for parents, guardians, care coordinators, and adults seeking services — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information to us online, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be noted clearly at the top of the page.
